Exercise Balls
Question: Weighted-shift ball -
I have to add air to it on a fairly regular basis. Why is this?
Answer: You might want to clean the area around the hole of the ball as there could be
some sand around the opening causing it not to seal properly when the plug is inserted. Or the plug could be defective
which would be replaced by contacting our customer service dept.
Question: Exercise ball - Why is the ball not holding any air?
Answer: The ball is not self sealing check the content of the packaging. You should have a
ball plug that needs to be inserted into the ball to seal it. If the plug is missing contact our customer service dept.
for a replacement plug.
Question: Exercise ball - I want to deflate my ball.
How do I remove the plug?
Answer: If your ball did not come with a plug remover simply use the round end of a teaspoon
to remove from the plug from the ball. Never use a sharp object such as a knife, you could damage
the ball!
Question: Exercise ball - I am not sure how to inflate it to its
proper size?
Answer: Sample if you bought a 65cm/26" ball take a measuring tape and mark with a pencil
mark on your wall at 26". Inflate the first night to 24" let it sit overnight air expands. The next morning check and add
the additional air until you get to the 26" mark. At this point your ball should be firm. If not add 10-15 more pumps of air.
Caution: Do not over inflate!
Ball Chair
Question: The ball is falling through the ring of the chair. Do I have the correct size ball?
Answer: The ball chair only comes with one size ball which is a 45cm/18" pro-series ball.
Often times not enough air has been pumped into the ball and more needs to be added. Caution: Do not over inflate!
If however when more air is added and it is firm and still falls through the ring the ball itself could be defective.
Contact our customer service dept. for a replacement ball.
Yoga Mats
Question: I have a PVC yoga mat and when I removed it from the packaging I noticed that it had a
strong odor. What caused this and how can I get rid of the odor?
Answer: It is a PVC mat and depending on how long it's been in the packaging it may have an odor.
Air it out for a few days and if the odor is still lingering wash it in the bathtub using a mild detergent in warm water
rinse well and air dry this should solve the problem.
Question: How do I take care of my yoga mat?
Answer: If you have purchased PVC mat use our ECO Friendly mat cleaner that comes complete
with instructions. Or simply wash the mat in your bathtub using a mild detergent in warm/cool water.
Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry. Do not put in the washing machine or dryer.
If you purchased an ECO mat follow the directions above. However keep it out of the hot sun or out of the trunk of your vehicle if temperature is extremely hot. These conditions will cause your mat to decompose faster than normal. Perspiration is fine it's the UV Rays that will cause the accelerated decomposition.

Should I use it anyway?
Answer: Absolutely not please contact our customer service dept. We will help you determine what
is missing and replace the part or parts immediately.
Ballons d'exercice
Question: Au sujet du ballon lesté. J'aimerais savoir pourquoi je dois fréquemment
lui ajouter un peu d'air.
Answer: Il se peut qu'il y ait du sable sur le pourtour du trou du ballon,
ce qui peut empêcher le bouchon de bien le sceller. Si c'est le cas, nous vous recommandons de bien nettoyer le pourtour.
Il se peut également que le bouchon soit défectueux. Le cas échéant, vous pouvez le faire remplacer en communiquant avec
notre équipe du service à la clientèle.
Question: Au sujet du ballon d'exercice. Mon ballon se vide de son air, que dois-je faire?
Answer: Le ballon n'est pas auto-scellant. Vérifiez le contenu de l'emballage.
Il devrait contenir un bouchon à insérer dans le trou du ballon pour le sceller. Si le bouchon est manquant,
veuillez communiquer avec notre équipe du service à la clientèle afin d'en obtenir un.
Question: Je souhaite dégonfler mon ballon. Comment dois-je retirer le bouchon?
Answer: Si l'emballage de votre ballon ne contient pas d'outil de retrait du bouchon, utilisez
l'extrémité arrondie d'une cuillère à thé pour le retirer. N'utilisez jamais d'object tranchant,
tel qu'un couteau, car vous pourriez endommager le ballon.
Question: La boule d'exercice je ne suis pas sûr comment le gonfler à sa grandeur nécessaire?
Answer: L'échantillon si vous avez acheté un 65cm/26' la boule prend une bande mesurante et une
marque avec une marque de crayon sur votre mur à 26'.Gonflez-vous la première nuit à 24' y permettent de s'asseoir l'air
instantané se développe.Le matin suivant vérifiez et ajoutez l'air supplémentaire jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez à la 26' marque.
À ce point votre boule devrait être ferme. Si pas ajoutent encore 10-15 pompes d'air.
Prudence: Ne pas surgonfler.
Chaise-Ballon
Question: Mon ballon passe à travers l'anneau de la chaise. Est-il de la bonne dimension?
Answer: La chaise-ballon n'est offerte qu'avec un ballon Professionnel de 45 cm (18 po).
Souvent, ce problème est à un manque d'air dans le ballon; vous devez donc en ajouter légèrement.
Mise en garde: Ne pas trop gonfler. Si toutefois vous ajoutez de l'air et que le ballon est
ferme mais qu'il passe
toujours à travers de l'anneau, il se peut que le ballon soit défectueux.

Tapis De Yoga
Question: Je me suis procurée un tapis de yoga en PVC et lorsque je l'ai retiré de son emballage,
j'ai remarqué qu'une forte odeur s'en dégageait. Qu'est-ce qui cause cette odeur et comment puis-je l'éliminer?
Answer: Il s'agit d'un tapis fabriqué en PVC et dépendamment du temps qu'il a passé dans son
emballage, une odeur peut s'en dégager. Faites-le aérer pendant quelques jours. Si l'odeur persiste, lavez-le dans la baignoire
à l'eau tiède avec un détergent doux, puis rincez-le bien et faites-le sécher à l'air libre. Cela devrait régler le problème.
Question: Comment dois-je entretenir mon tapis de yoga?
Answer: Si vous avez acheté un tapis en PVC, utilisez notre détergent écologique à tapis qui est
offert avec des directives d'utilisation. Vous pouvez également tout simplement le laver dans la baignoire à l'eau tiède ou
froide avec un détergent doux. Rincez-le bien et suspendez-le pour le faire sécher.
Ne le placez pas dans la machine à laver ni dans la sécheuse! Si vous avez acheté un tapis écologique, suivez les directives susmentionnées. Placez-le toutefois à l'abri des chauds rayons du soleil et ne le laissez pas dans le coffre de votre véhicule s'il fait très chaud. Ces conditions pourraient entraîner la décomposition précoce de votre tapis. La transpiration n'accélère pas sa décomposition comme les rayons UV peuvent le faire.
